As a dedicated advocate for nutrition and holistic wellness coaching with a 25-year career in the field, I bring a unique perspective to workplace wellness. My background includes:

 

  • PhD in Nutrition

  • Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist

  • Certified Personal Trainer with advanced education and training in exercise physiology

  • 12 years as an assistant professor delivering education to adult learners

  • Certified Life Coach

  • Real-world experience balancing a full-time career with family responsibilities
